We do this by going beyond the traditional project management role. Project Steward: The person you assign a project, asking them to "MAKE IT SO". Project Stewardship is nothing less than the art and science of making things happen, of exploring the implications of following a vision, of turning possibility into practicality, of making the future happen. Your Project Steward's role is an integrative one that includes: Analyzing the issue, Designing the solution, Overseeing the testing of the design concept, and Seeing to the building and / or implementation of the solution. Thus we take on a Stewardship responsibility, not only for doing what you want, but also for ensuring that it is done successfully.
