  • Morris Schneiderman, B. Sc., MBA, has more than 20 years of experience leading change management and business process improvement projects that result in business growth and increased profitability. He is also an executive coach with strong mentoring, communication, creative, analytical, team building and interpersonal skills.

    He has proven ability to analyze, document, identify, design, develop and implement procedures & systems that improve operations and increase revenue for companies in manufacturing and service industries.

    In the service sector he has introduced numerous innovations that have improved service quality, operating efficiency and customer satisfaction -- all leading to significantly increased business volume and improved profitability.

    In the world of manufacturing, he has helped make 'Just In Time' production practical by pioneering the shift from 'firefighting', to planned, predictive and preventive maintenance in companies across Canada, as well as internationally.

    In the information systems world, he has managed the development of award-winning business applications. He has had full life cycle experience with both 'shrink wrap' and enterprise applications: including analysis, design, management, specification, programming, testing, documentation, training, implementation and support.

    In the volunteer world, he has had considerable experience leading those who did not report to him. He has held numerous executive positions, successfully led more than two hundred wilderness trips, organized many conference sessions and built amateur soccer & chess teams.

    Morris Schneiderman has recently written Projects Done Right, a book that deals with how to successfully lead complex projects, where there's considerable uncertainty as to what will actually have to be done to achieve the project objectives.

    Mr. Schneiderman has a B. Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from McGill University and an Operations-Oriented MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, in London, Canada. He has also completed the Canadian Securities Course.
